Every girl deserves to grow up in a society where her safety is a priority.

Proximate Combat System, Our special programme that we also implement through Strategic Partnerships with organizations to empower women in the society.

Each day we read about horrific crimes being committed against women in our country. The range of crimes and threats—rape, murder, molestation, abduction, trafficking, femicide, stalking & following, bullying, domestic violence, acid attacks, sexual harassment, threat and more—paints a grim reality that many young girls encounter. Women face multifaceted challenges and vulnerabilities that persist throughout her life.

To address these issues, PCS foundation wants to cultivate a culture of empowerment and safety. We aim at empowering girls via multifaceted approaches : education on self-defense, physical training, building confidence, promoting awareness about rights and resources, counseling and establishing safe spaces. Self-defense is a crucial skill that often doesn’t receive the attention it deserves in today’s society. At PCS foundation the acquisition of self-defense skills is not merely about physical techniques; it’s about instilling confidence, awareness, and the ability to respond appropriately in threatening situations.

Proximate Combat System is an effective reality-based Self Defence & Fighting System developed by Mr. Rajesh Dadhwal. This system is unique as it draws from and builds upon the training methods deployed by the special forces. This has been made relevant to the modern lifestyles and threats. The system combines training the body as well as the mind.
The essence of a self-defense program lies in its reliance on simple, instinctive body movements rather than complex, rigid techniques that demand years of training. This approach focuses on techniques that are easy to learn, retain, and can be performed naturally and intuitively.

To ensure its widespread implementation, PCS Foundation by partnering with corporations under their CSR umbrella aims to create a robust framework to extend this program to every girl attending school & college, women at work place & institutions, at home & in our society.
